Tukuk-OS provides a free internet portal (search, AI, apps, games, chat, radio, studio). It is provided “as is” without any guarantee of continuity or accuracy. We may modify, suspend, or remove any part of the service at any time.
2. Third-party content
Search results display information from third-party websites. The original content remains the copyright of its original owner. Links do not transfer ownership.
3. No professional advice
Generated answers are automatic and may contain mistakes. Do not use Tukuk-OS answers as medical, legal, or financial advice. Seek professional advice for important matters.
4. Permitted use
You may use the service for legitimate personal and commercial purposes. You are not allowed to:
- attack, disrupt, or overload the service;
- crawl sites that disallow crawling through robots.txt;
- force access in order to bypass blocks;
- collect personal data without permission;
- resell raw data from the index in bulk.
5. Load and limits
The service rate-limits requests: 120 searches per minute, 10 writes per minute, and 5 crawls per minute for each IP address. Exceeding the limits returns error 429.
6. Advertising
The service is supported by advertising. Ads do not imply endorsement of any indexed site.
7. Content takedowns
If you own the content and want your URL removed, contact us.

These terms may be updated. The update date is shown above. Continuing to use the service means that you accept the current terms.
